My goal is to help you address concerns and make meaningful changes that enhance your quality of life—whether in relationships, at school or work, or in your overall well-being. At the core of my practice is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and emotional healing. Sometimes, gaining a new perspective and learning practical strategies is all it takes to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Services
I’m dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and effective guidance. I offer support for children, adolescents, and adults coping with anxiety, depression, school-related concerns, parenting stress, executive functioning difficulties, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, play therapy, psychotherapy, and stress-reduction techniques—I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to call for a complimentary 15-minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you take the next step toward living a more balanced, fulfilling life.
About Me
Hello!
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity. In addition to my training in evidence-based practices, I bring empathy, real-life experience, and a deep understanding of the complexities that come with parenting, relationships, and modern life. As a mom of two young children, I know how hard it can be to balance your own well-being with everything life demands—and I believe therapy can be a powerful tool for making space for yourself again.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, and went on to receive my master’s and sixth-year certificate in School Psychology from Fairfield University. I later completed my doctoratal degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of experience in the field of school psychology, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families to support emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being.
I am a proud resident of Fairfield, Connecticut, where I live with my husband, our two wonderful children, and our lovable yellow lab, Abbie.
